Register Your Church For CrossTimbers!

Week-long camp fee is $130 for boys, girls, or boys' and girls' weeks. The fee includes registration and camp fee, tee shirt, room, meals, insurance, $10 concession card, and program materials.

Weekend retreat fee is $30 per person. It includes camp fees, a tee shirt, all meals, insurance, and program materials.

Pre-registration is required for all camps.

Churches can pre-register by sending completed registration form (see below for location of forms) and deposit ($30 per camper for week-long camps), to:

We urge each group to provide one adult volunteer leader for each seven or fewer campers attending camp. Volunteers should be at least 18 years of age and be recommended by their pastor. Sponsors pay camp fees.

Registration is limited to approximately 225 campers per week. If the camper who is registered cannot come to camp, a substitute may come in his place. A church may bring campers to more than one week of camp. Other churches attending the same week can be contacted for more unused spaces previously reserved.

If you have already registered for this year's camp, ALL CHANGES/ADDITIONS MUST BE MADE THROUGH OUR OFFICE.

Alternately, you can download the registration form and fax it to us at 405.516.4923, or mail them to the address listed above with the registration deposit. Please include a cover sheet listing the contact information and email address to confirm the fax was received.

Registrations will not be processed without completing the registration form.

Keep in mind that mail, fax, or walk-in registrations are processed in the order they are received, and we can not guarantee your requested weeks or programs will be available. Please be prepared with alternate selections.

Church leaders & parents: Please see the section titled "Forms & Promotional Materials" for information regarding what to bring to camp, rules and policies, and other important instructions.

Refund Policies

To obtain a refund for any session of camp, the BGCO CrossTimbers office must have notification of cancellation before March 25^th.
