1. Training is extremely helpful at the beginning of a Search Committees work and can enhance and smooth the process. The committee is alerted to possible problems and can learn the best way to avoid negative situations. To obtain this training for your committee the committee chairman should email Brett Selby.
2. Church Staff and Volunteer Background Checks: Proper screening costs very little but increases safety a great deal. Trak-1 has an agreement with the BGCO to provide background screening services at reduced prices to Oklahoma Southern Baptist Churches. However, other options are available to you and you may choose to make your own arrangements.
