Pastoral Leadership
Our mission is to develop pastors of renewed hearts and skillful hands (Psalm 78:72) in the three pastoral tasks—proclaim, lead, care—so that their churches will fulfill their biblical mission in Oklahoma, North America, and the world.
We will fulfill this mission in all three pastoral disciplines by hosting state-wide and associational conferences, facilitating pastoral communities of peer learning, and offering ministry coaching.
