Retreat Cost: Cost varies depending on age and lodging arrangements. Watch for further updates.

Lodging: You will need to indicate your lodging plans while registering. A church may stay in their own cabin, or may request to be placed in a cabin by retreat staff. Please contact Falls Creek at (405) 942-3000 x 3333 to determine availability of the limited recreational vehicle hookups and lodge rooms. Remember: If you are staying in your cabin or we are placing you in one, you must bring your own bedding and toiletries!

Parking & Registration:  The lead contact for each group will need to report to registration on the north side of the tabernacle. Here, you will receive your registration materials as well as lodging assignments.

Meals:  We will provide dinner on Friday as well as breakfast and lunch on Saturday. Additional snacks and beverages will be available for purchase at various times during the retreat. We ask that if at all possible, you do not move your vehicles, cars, buses and motorcycles once you arrive at the retreat until time to leave.

Bon Fire: There will be a Friday night bon fire and bluegrass jam session at PriceFalls. Bring your instruments and join in on the fun. We will have barrels of free peanuts to enjoy. Drinks, funnel cakes and other great food will be available to purchase from our caterer.

Camping Chairs: To help with seating, we encourage men to bring (collapsible type) camping chairs to the retreat. These will be good to use at the outdoor venues and events.

Transportation to venues: Buses will run to and from the various venues. See map for bus stop locations.
