General Information

Royal Ambassadors is an organization for boys in grades 1-6. The purpose of RAs is to help children learn about missions and how they can be personally involved in practical missions experiences.

The Royal Ambassador pledge exemplifies what RAs is about:

As a Royal Ambassador, I will do my best:
to become a well informed responsible follower of Christ
to have a Christlike concern for all people
to learn how to carry the message of Christ around the world
to work with others in sharing Christ; and
to keep myself clean and healthy in mind and body.

Royal Ambassadors uses games, stories, Bible verses, and activities to challenge children at their levels of competence and interest.

The RA program for boys in grades 1-3 is called Lads. Their motto is: "Learn and do in Jesus' name."

Crusaders is the RA program for boys in grades 4-6. Their motto is: "Help others in Jesus' name."

Challengers

Visit the North American Mission Board Challengers site -   www.challengerscentral.com

General Information

Challengers is the Southern Baptist missions organization for young men in grades 7-12. The purpose of Challengers is to interpret missions as a biblical mandate and instruct young men and those who lead them toward missions and ministry actions. Challengers seek to blend their ministry within the local church with missions beyond the local church.

The Challengers theme verse reflects a desire to anchor young men in the Christian faith:
Therefore my dear brothers, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain. I Corinthians 15:58 NIV
